Rooms are smaller than a Wookiee's temper, making it tricky to navigate with luggage. The elevator was out of commission, leaving us to haul ourselves up and down the stairs, which got old fast, especially with keys that sometimes refused to unlock the doors. Some furnishings showed signs of wear, like a torn wallpaper and a cracked bathroom tile—definitely not what I’d expect for the price. Heating in the breakfast area was cranked up too high, making it feel like a sauna instead of a place to enjoy morning coffee. The noise from the street and trains below might be bothersome for those who need silence to sleep—definitely keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

Cozy and Clean with Friendly Staff
We enjoyed our brief stay, especially the incredibly comfortable bed. The location near Earls Court is fantastic for exploring. The reception staff provided a warm welcome. Be prepared for small rooms, but the cleanliness and service make up for it. Don't miss out on the nearby cafes!

We had a lovely stay with a cozy room and easy access to the nearby pool and gym, which really helped us unwind after a day of exploring. The only small downside was the elevator acting up sometimes, but it just added a bit of charm to the place. I'd recommend checking out the cafe around the corner for a great bite! 😊

the location is super convenient, just a short walk from the earls court tube station. the room was clean and the bed was really comfy. also, the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, making everything easy. i loved that there were loads of food options nearby. overall, it was a decent place to crash for a quick trip to london!
however, the room felt a bit cramped and the air conditioning didn't work well, which made it super hot and loud with trains passing by outside.
